What is Ourselves, Charlotte Mason’s 4th Volume?
It is somewhat of a self-help book themed after John Bunyan’s Holy War and is read by older CM students. It goes through all the areas of the country of “mansoul” (aka the human soul) in order to teach students to become aware of the virtues and vices inherent in their own natures. Reading this volume gives us insight into our children’s potential and approaches to their education in every subject.
